How it works

Hold SUBS
SUBS is a Pons launch on Robinhood Chain and the only key to the downtown. Your balance is read off the token contract when you claim, never trusted from the browser.

Claim a plot
Ninety-six plots on twelve blocks. Pick an empty lot, name the company, choose its ticker and the stock it files under. The core blocks carry the skyline; the corners are the edge.

Build a company
Hire a team into a hierarchy from CEO to intern, grow a following, open the community room, put up a logo and a website. Staff and followers make the building taller.

Tokenize on Pons
When you are ready, launch a token on Pons and connect it. From then on the live market numbers sit on the company page and the building grows with them.

The rules
Five things that do not change, so that what someone builds here is worth building.
- One plot per wallet
- A wallet founds one company. The plot it claims is the only plot it will ever hold.
- One job per wallet
- A wallet works at one company at a time. To take a job elsewhere, leave the one you have.
- Names and tickers are permanent
- What a company is called at founding is what it is called. Descriptions, logos and websites can change; the name cannot.
- The CEO can hand over the seat
- The founder is CEO on day one. The seat can be given to any member, and there is exactly one CEO at any time.
- Plots can be released only by the operators
- Nobody sells, trades or abandons a plot. A company leaves the map only when the operators release it.
